Do I need to make an appointment for an estimate?
Estimates are written Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00 pm and no appointment is necessary. Drop in anytime during normal business hours and we’ll take the time to inspect your vehicle.

Do you charge for estimates?
Estimates are provided free of charge as a courtesy to our customers.

Do I need to obtain more than one estimate for the insurance carrier?
No, one estimate from your shop of choice is all that should be required. If the insurance carrier provides an estimate to you, we will work with that carrier on your behalf to insure that all repairs related to the loss are covered.

Do I have the right to take my car to the repair facility of my choice?
Yes, as a consumer, the choice is yours. Some insurance carriers may try to “steer” you towards one of their direct repair program facilities but you are not required to utilize one these facilities unless your policy states otherwise.

Who authorizes the repairs?
As the registered owner of the vehicle, you do. Even though a third party may be paying for the cost of the repairs to your vehicle, as owner of the vehicle, you must authorize all repairs. In addition, if there are any changes made to the original repair order, those changes must be authorized by you as well. We will communicate any changes to the original repair estimate to the insurance company through a “supplement” to insure that we are reimbursed for any additional repair costs.

Do you “waive” deductibles?
No, your deductible is part of the cost of making the repairs to your vehicle. We will never “cut corners” or compromise the repairs in order to save you your deductible.

Do you provide a replacement vehicle while mine is being repaired?
We can help you make the arrangements for a rental car while your car is in our shop but we will not pay for the expense of a rental. We do have discounted pricing for our collision repair customers through our rental car vendors.

How long will it take to make the repairs?
Each repair job is unique and many different factors can influence the duration of repairs. We will provide you an approximate completion date at that time you drop off your vehicle and keep you posted if there are any delays.

Will my car ever be the same?
There is absolutely no reason why your car shouldn’t be as good as it was prior to the loss, if not better! All of our technicians are trained in the latest collision repair techniques and we utilize “state-of-the-art” equipment to insure that your car is restored to its pre-loss condition. As a family owned and operated business, we take great pride in the work that we do and our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
