Sacramento is one of the worst Places to Drive

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KCRA) -- A recent study performed by Allstate Insurance shows Sacramento ranks as one of worst places to drive. The company said one of the safest place to drive is Fort Collins, Colo. Fresno is ranked as the safest place to drive in California. Driving experts said one of the main areas for crashes is within intersections. The study ranks 193 cities nationwide.
